In the before and after photos of this patient, it is immediately clear that her face is now looking more sculpted, contoured, and rejuviated. She had an extensive bilaeral upperlid blepharoplasty, an endoscopic browlift, face and neck lift and neck liposuction. A 35% TCA chemical peel was used on the lower lids to help tie all these procedures in together.
