Happy October! Kristen and I just finished an amazing Backroads bike trip in Puglia, Italy. We biked 30-50 miles per day through the beautiful Italian countryside and along the Adriatic Sea.
Being immersed in the history and culture of Italy reminded me of the importance of new experiences in keeping us fresh, stimulated and engaged in this thing called Life.
