What is the difference between a medical spa and a day spa? A Medical Spa is operated under the direction of a physician with specific training and medical knowledge, whereas a day spa is not. Therefore, a Medical Spa can offer therapeutic or prescription treatments that are only allowed to be administered by medically trained individuals. These treatments provide more than a relaxing spa experience.

Hours of Operation The spa hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 8 until 5.

Treatment Times Please arrive at least fifteen minutes before your treatment. If you are late for an appointment we may have to shorten your treatment time to be on schedule for the next guest.

Gift Certificates Treat friends and family with a gift of the sublime. Azul Gift Card means that you can let your friends choose the treatments they want to enjoy.

Cancellation Policy We require a credit card for all appointments and 24 hours notice for
cancellation to avoid being charged the full price for your treatment.

Return Policy 15 day money back guarantee on unused products, after 15 days credit may be applied to future services or products.

Age Requirement We require all guests of the spa be a minimum of 18 years of age unless accompanied by an adult.
